Billy Joe Thomas, mais conhecido por seu nome artístico B. J. Thomas,
é um cantor americano famoso por seus hits nos anos 1960 e 1970.
No Brasil é famoso pelos sucessos "Rock And Roll Lullaby" da trilha da novela Selva de Pedra e "Long Ago Tomorrow" da novela O Primeiro Amor (1973).
Outros sucessos por aqui, numa escala menor, foram:
"Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head" (1970),
"Oh Me Oh My" (1971) e "Songs" (1974).
Atualmente o cantor se dedica a Música cristã contemporânea.
